The schedule has not been posted yet. In general, racing schedules are not posted until the Thursday evening before a Sunday race. Go to www.phillyflicks.com to find the schedule for the Manny Flick, Dr. White Regatta and The City Championshiops. Information for other races can always be found at www.boathouserow.org. Please don't email the coaches to bug them about racing times. We don't have any kind of special access. We know the schedule at the same time as you. In general, kids should expect to be at the boathouse two hours ahead of their scheduled race time.

3) Next week, our schedule is a little different, although it has been posted on the calendar for awhile now. We have normal practice on Monday and Tuesday. We WILL have practice on Wednesday for a change. We will be de-rigging all of the boats and loading all of our equipment on the trailer for Miami. Thursday we will not be having a scheduled practice, but some coaches may ask their kids to do some erg work at school briefly, assuming there are no scheduling conflicts. Kids should check with their individual coaches about this.

Friday we will be leaving for Miami. Because the school will be closed due to the "snow day", we don't need to leave for the airport as early. The bus will be departing from Yarrow Street, in front of the middle school circle, at 6 PM. That means actually leaving at 6 PM. The bus will be there at 5:30, so make sure that everyone is loaded up and ready to go early please.

4) For those of you that have the ability to post on the Blog or send e-mails out to the entire Google Group, please keep in mind the following thoughts. If you are posting something, please make sure that it applies, or is relevant, to the entire team. There are 160 people in the group, and many people use their work email addresses to receive information from the Blog. I don't want people to become desensitized and start deleting Blog emails without reading them first. Emails directed toward a specific group (such as novice girls or parent volunteers) should be emailed to them directly.

Thanks!

Tom
