Missing Forms!

I am missing a TON of waivers.  Please take a moment, click here and look up your name or the name of your child.  An "X" indicates that I have received that form.  If it is blank, I have not.  There are two new waivers that I was just asked to have filled out (PACRA Waiver and PACRA Conduct) at the last minute by Penn AC boathouse, so it's not your fault for not having seen this before.  All waivers are available at the bottom of the Blog.  The season starts in five days, so we are running out of time.  Tomorrow at the swim test would be the perfect opportunity to get me your paperwork!  You can also scan and email them to me if that's easier.  Thanks for your anticipated quick response.
