For the benefit of those who know little about the daily routine (like me), I ventured on a morning launch today. Here's my play-by-play of the Florida morning row. The day begins at 8:00am at the boathouse. The kids grab a breakfast from their room stash and are present before 8:00. First order of business is getting the launch boats set in the water for the coaches while the workout details are finalized by the coaching staff.

Then carry the boats to the water
Finally, time to row! I went on each launch to see all the teams row. Each coach worked on different aspects. Some focused on technique and others more endurance. I'll let these photos speak for themselves. If one picture is worth 1000 words, this set must be worth a million. In this case every word is the same: "Row!" Again feel free to leave a comment below.
