Paperwork

Please check out this link to make sure that you have filled out all of the appropriate paperwork that is required. A field marked with an "x" indicates that that particular task has been completed. A box filled with red indicates that the task has not yet been completed. The fees check and trip check can be combined into one check. They do not need to be sent separately.

"Driving" refers to the Driving Permission form.

"US Rowing" refers to the waiver that was distributed at the pre-season meeting. This is for the Miami Beach Watersports Center and needs to be completed by everyone going on the spring break trip, including coaches and chaperones.

The "Online Waiver" refers to the on-line waiver that will cover the majority of the racing that we will be doing this season. Instructions on how to complete this waiver are detailed in an earlier Blog entry. Simply scroll back through a couple of pages of posts on the Blog and look for the one titled, "On-Line Waivers" and follow the instructions.

"Swim" refers to the completion of the swim test. If the rower was unable to attend the swim test, please let me know and I will have you fill out a waiver for that.
