Parking Passes

Crew parents,

For each regatta, we will have 13 parking passes at our disposal. Those that help with food and tents receive a free pass. The remainder of the passes can be purchased for $15 each, money which will go to our crew fund. The week before each regatta I will send out an email asking for interest in the parking passes. If you would like to purchase a pass, you will need to respond to my email. There will not be enough for everyone, so I will try to be equitable with the distribution. (depending on interest, you will probably be able to get one for 1 or 2 regattas.) Your other parking options are the city lots for $12, or parking in East Falls and biking down! You can also park down by the boathouses and bike, walk or take the trolley down to the tent.

For the first Regatta on March 20, we will have 6 passes available. The novices will not be racing that day. Please let me know  before March 13, if you would like to purchase a pass. (If you are bringing food and or tent, you will receive a complimentary pass)

If you sign up to bring food you will be reimbursed from the kitty for your expenses. Keep your receipts and send them or give them to Dee. She will send you a check within a couple days.  If you have not sent in your $85 food and tent contribution, please do so.
