Workout Update

For the girls:

This Saturday we will be working out at Shipley from 10 to 12 again. I would like to see a little better representation from some of the Sophmore girls...

The boys will not be working out with us this Saturday. The following is from JD:

Guys -

Not sure if I ever sent this out over e-mail, so here it is. The general idea is simple: stick with doing more weights than cardio until we get back to school in January, but don't abandon the cardio. Erg when possible. When you do erg, do longer pieces.

Remember that the dumbbell workouts can easily be done at home with dumbbells or anything else you can hold in your hands that's heavy. Dumbbells are also pretty cheap to purchase.

Stay healthy, don't get hurt skiiing or whathaveyou, and I'll see some of you at the fall team dinner, which has been pushed back all the way into winter... but who's counting?

And good luck on your exams... I've taken one already, have one tonight, another Thursday, then another, then another... so I feel your pain.
