CREW SNACK and BUS INSTRUCTIONS SPRING 2012
1.Food Warning: No Nuts as indicated at the meeting on 1/26/2012.
2.Bring food for about 53 rowers who will be on the bus. Experienced rowers have suggested snacks like apples, oranges, or bananas, pretzels and mustard, cookies or fig bars and/or energy or power bars.
3.Plan enough food for snacks before practice and after practice.
4.Any left over food, plan to bring home or give to driver.
5.Attendance will be taken on the bus.
6.Rowers and parents must contact Coach Bonnie Malumed (610-574-2082) in case of change or absence.
7.The bus drops rowers off at the end of boathouse row and leaves from a nearby spot (TBD with the driver) at about 6:15 PM arriving at Shipley around 7:00 PM (depending on traffic on I 76).
8.Rowers are responsible for cleaning the bus: trash must be put in plastic bags (parents bringing snacks must bring 4 or 5 trash bags).
9.Captains must take a final look to make sure the bus is clean and nothing is left behind.
10. Pick-up and drop-off location will be announced later depending on construction at Shipley main campus.
