Val - Quick question... Friends from the Baldwin and Haverford crews commented that they don't bother with all of the tent gear etc for the Doc White b/c it's such a small group and the day is so short. She said they've found that it's much easier for all involved to simply fend for themselves or to set-up one or two tables in the normal spot - and for everyone to bring a few breakfast things - and that's it. When the kids are finished, they don't bother trying to get them back to the tent area - they just grab their kids and get home for an early day - especially since it's Mother's Day.

What do you think? I'd be happy to communicate with all of the novice parents if you agree. Flip side - I'm also 100% happy to do the trailer if you feel strongly that it's a good idea. Thanks, Joey
