Snacks for the bus


We have a new snack request which may require a little extra effort in terms of reading nutrition labels. Please provide a snack containing 10 to 15 gm of protein per person (24 athletes in the fall). This will be in addition to the usual fruit, bagels, cereal bars, pretzels, etc. Examples include:

Chocolate milk
Fruit yogurt
String cheese
Beef jerky
Soy “nuts” (roasted soy beans)
Sports bars

Remember that snacks for the bus must be nut free. Please also remember to send a trash bag or two with your snacks.
