Varsity Boys Workouts for Week of 16 December

Workouts for this weeks are posted here.  Keep your focus on academics and if you have time and feel like a break to clear the cobwebs use the short workouts posted for this week.  Your totals up to now are listed below.  We now have three people break 100,000 meters (Max, Greg and Henry), which is a significant accomplishment.  We are 793 Km along our row of more than 5000.  A stroke at a time!
