Nationals

For those of you involved with Nationals this weekend, I wanted to share our plans.

Wednesday- We will go out for a short row, then de-rig our boats and load them on the trailer. We will be taking vans to and from the river.

Thursday-  We will pick the kids up from school at 3:20 PM in two vans.  Kids should have a suitcase packed for two nights.  We will go over to the Cooper River, unload and rig the boats, and go out for a short row.  After practicing on the water, we will go back to the hotel.  We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing.  We will then be doing a team dinner and getting to bed at a decent hour.

Friday- Click here for the Race Event Schedule.  This is just the time that each event will race.  The heat sheets are not posted yet.  Assuming that both boats advance, we will be staying at the hotel and do dinner together again.

Saturday- We will hopefully be racing and afterwards we will drive the kids back to Shipley.  If parents want to pick kids up directly from the race course they are welcome to.
