Parent Information

Stotesbury News

For those of you that don't know, the officials cancelled today's afternoon racing due to deteriorating river conditions.  There is a meeting tomorrow morning at 7 AM which JD will be at, where the race officials will discuss their plans for racing on Saturday. The Boys JV Quad should get to the boathouse as scheduled, in case they have to race as planned.  I'm sure JD has already talked with you about details.  Once JD has the current information, I have asked him to e-mail the decision out to our entire group.

Because the Girls JV Four's semi was cancelled today, but you finished in the top 6 in the time trial, plan on just advancing to the finals in the afternoon.

With that said, there will most likely be one of three outcomes announced tomorrow morning:

1) Racing will go on as scheduled originally for Saturday morning, and today's semis will be scratched and the top 6 teams will advance directly to the finals.

2) They will do away will all semi-finals, including Saturday's, meaning that only the top 6 teams from each time trial will advance directly to the finals.

3) All racing will be cancelled for Saturday.

So, make sure you check your e-mails soon after 7 AM tomorrow morning for the update from JD.  Thanks!
