Van Training

There has been a lot of confusion about getting parents van certified to be able to drive a school van at the upcoming regattas.  We just do not have enough time to get all of the paperwork done before the end of the season.

This has nothing to do with the school or, more specifically, the athletic department.  This is the insurance company's new policy.  Basically, a parent has to go through the same paperwork, and receive the same clearances, as if they were applying for a full time teaching job at the school.  I know that this is frustrating, but the school's hands are tied.

I'm hoping that if there a few parents who are willing to go through the process, that we can can get everything started in the fall, to ensure that everything is in place for next spring.  Thanks for your understanding.
