Missing Forms- PLEASE READ!

I am still missing a ton of paperwork.  Aside from the finances (which I will handle separately) the following rowers are still missing items that need to be completed ASAP.

Physicals
Contact the school nurse to clear this up immediately.  Rowers will not be allowed to participate until this is cleared up.
