For those of you who were unable to make it to the meeting tonight, here is the paperwork that was handed out. If you are going to Miami (which all of you should be) then I need the Contact Information Sheet filled out and returned to me within the next day or two. I have to have the final list of names and dates of birth to the airlines by Monday. If you don't have any way of scanning the documents and emailing them to me, then just mail them and e-mail the information to me as soon as possible.
