This Saturday I will be taking the novice girls to Malvern Prep to use their indoor rowing tanks. The van will be leaving from the Shipley gym at 8:30 AM and will be returning around 11:45 AM.
The varsity girls will be in the weight room from 12 to 2 PM.
The varsity and novice boys will be in the weight room from 9 to 11 AM.
